Saddleworth Rangers will look to strengthen their hold on a play off spot when the entertain Barrow Laikers in this weekend’s “Friday Night Footy” game.

Saddleworth Rangers will look to strengthen their hold on a play off spot when the entertain Barrow Laikers in this weekend’s “Friday Night Footy” game.

Rangers currently occupy the last play off spot and will be fully aware that Ince Rose Bridge, East Leeds, Castleford Lock Lane and Keighley Cougar Cubs are hot on their heels.

Seven other games take place on Sunday afternoon and all kick off 1.30pm.

Current league leaders Featherstone Lions face a potentially tricky trip down the M62 to take on West Hull, whilst their nearest challenges – Crusaders Colts and West Cumbria – are also both on the road as they take on Hemel Stags and Widnes West Bank Bears respectively.

Other games see Castleford Lock Lane host Sheffield Hillsborough Hawks, Keighley Cougar Cubs travel over the Pennines to Ince Rose Bridge and fourth placed Leeds Stanningley entertain Gateshead Thunder.
